How was it designed?
At the initiative of ESSEC, the Diversity Fresco was co-produced with Belugames, a company specializing in games and cooperation. The choice of concepts of the Diversity Fresco and the definitions of the cards that constitute it are based on both the academic expertise of Junko Takagi, professor holding the Leadership & Diversity Chair, and on research from cognitive sciences and social psychology. The mechanics of the Diversity Fresco are based on the pedagogy of the Climate Fresco and the expertise of Belugames. Numerous beta tests with users of various profiles allowed the production of this first version, which applies to the cultural and legal context of France, in both French and English versions. Given the keen interest of higher education and businesses in this tool, adaptations to other cultural environments are being considered in the coming months.
How to participate in a workshop?
There is no specific schedule with regular workshops offered to the general public yet. Each facilitator is free to lead them. Their proposals are posted on the Diversity Fresco LinkedIn page.
